Cu^2+诱导黄铁矿合成α-Fe2O3纳米多面体的生长机理

Growth Mechanism of α-Fe2O3 Nanopolyhedra Synthesized from Pyrite by Cu^2+Inducement

摘要 以黄铁矿为原料,通过焙烧、化学浸出、除杂得到Fe^3+浸出液,随后采用水热合成法通过加入适量Cu^2+溶液成功诱导合成出α-Fe2O3纳米多面体,利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱对所获产物的结构和形貌进行表征,并对其成核及晶体生长过程进行探讨.研究结果表明,Cu^2+诱导黄铁矿合成的α-Fe2O3纳米多面体具有六方相晶体结构,其粒径在500 nm左右.通过对不同水热时间所获产物的形貌进行观察并结合溶液化学计算分析,可以推断α-Fe2O3纳米多面体的形成是沉淀-溶解-再结晶的过程,Cu^2+的存在主要起到诱导Fe2O3晶核在生长过程中趋向形成多面体结构的作用. Taking pyrite as the iron source,Fe^3+leaching solution was obtained through roasting,chemical leaching and impurity removal.Then,α-Fe2O3 nanopolyhedra was synthesized by hydrothermal method via Cu^2+inducement.The structure and morphology ofα-Fe2O3 nanopolyhedra were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)to investigate their nucleation and crystal growth.The results showed thatα-Fe2O3 nanopolyhedra with a hexagonal structure was about 500 nm in grain size.Based on the morphology observation of the as-prepared products synthesized at different hydrothermal times and the analysis result of solution chemistry calculations,it is concluded that the formation ofα-Fe2O3 nanopolyhedra is followed by the precipitation,dissolution and recrystallization.The presence of Cu^2+mainly induces the crystal nucleus ofα-Fe2O3 so as to form nanopolyhedra structure in the process of growth.
