摘要
针对已经完成的对重三维模型,根据对重有限元分析的基本方法,介绍对重静载荷、紧急制停和缓冲器动作3个基本工况下对重结构的有限元分析过程。根据求解结果进行分析,发现没有发生严重的变形现象,判断在静力结构分析中3个基本工况下对重主要结构件均可靠。
According to the completed three dimensional model of elevator counterweight and based on finite element analysis method,it is divided into three cases,which respectively introduces the finite element analysis process of counterweight structure under the three basic conditions of counterweight static load,emergency stop and impacting buffer.According to the results of the analysis,no serious deformation is found,and it is judged that the main components of the counterweight are reliable under the three basic working conditions in the static structural analysis.
