摘要
以分析PNF技术对膝关节损伤患者术后功能障碍的影响为目的。将在2017年6月--2019年6月接受治疗的160例单侧膝关节损伤患者作为研究对象,按照就诊顺序将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各80例。对照组使用常规康复治疗,观察组则在此基础上应用PNF技术进行治疗。相较于对照组,观察组患者干预后的伸直、中间、屈曲、关节活动度、疼痛改善情况明显更好,而且伸肌肌力以及屈肌肌力在4~5级的人数明显更多(P<0.05)。在常规康复方法的基础上联合使用PNF技术开展治疗有助于提升病患的运动控制能力,还能加强肌肉力量,提升关节活动度,减轻疼痛感,改善膝关节相关功能。此法安全性强,有效性高,可提升患者肌力水平,改善本体感觉,值得进一步推广。
To analyze the effect of PNF on postoperative dysfunction of patients with knee joint injury.160 patients with unilateral knee joint injury who were treated from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation,while the observation group was treated with PNF technology.Compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had significantly better improvement in straightening,middle,flexion,joint activity and pain after intervention,and the number of extensor and flexor muscle strength in 4~5 grades was significantly higher(P<0.05).On the basis of conventional rehabilitation methods,PNF can improve the patients’motor control ability,strengthen muscle strength,improve joint activity,reduce pain and improve knee joint related functions.This method is safe and effective.It can improve the muscle strength and proprioception of patients.It is worth further promotion.
