Construction Techniques for Dalian Islet-Xiaolian Islet Waterway Bridge of Pingtan Straits Rail-cum-Road Bridge

摘要 平潭海峡公铁大桥大小练岛水道桥为主跨336 m的双塔双索面钢桁梁斜拉桥。桥塔采用H形钢筋混凝土结构、高152 m,桥塔墩采用直径4.4 m的钻孔桩基础,采用圆端哑铃形高桩承台;主梁采用带副桁的正交异性板钢桁梁结构,主桁采用N形桁式,桁高13.5 m、桁宽15 m。该桥基础采用长栈桥和施工平台方案施工;钻孔桩采用KTY4000型液压动力头钻机施工;承台采用双壁钢吊箱围堰施工;桥塔塔柱采用ACF-125型全封闭液压爬模施工,标准施工节段高6 m,索塔锚固区采用低回缩环向预应力锚固体系、二次张拉工艺施工。边跨、辅助跨钢桁梁在工厂内组拼成整体大节段,现场采用浮吊整体吊装;墩顶钢梁节段采用浮吊分节段架设;中跨钢梁节段采用1100 t架梁吊机单悬臂架设。 The Dalian Islet-Xiaolian Islet Waterway Bridge of Pingtan Straits Rail-cum-Road Bridge is a two-pylon steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 336 m.The stay cables are fanned out in double cable planes.The pylons are H-shaped reinforced concrete structure rising 152 m.The pylon pier stands on the round-ended,dumb-bell shaped,high-rise pile cap,beneath which comes the foundation formed of bored piles of 4.4 m in diameter.The main girder adopts the composite structure formed of orthotropic steel plates and steel truss girder with subsidiary trusses.The main truss is the N-shaped truss,measuring 13.5 m in height and 15 m in width.The foundation was constructed by using the long trestle and construction platform,the bored piles were constructed by the KTY4000 hydraulic power head driller,and the pile cap was constructed by the double-walled steel box cofferdam.The pylon columns were constructed by the ACF-125 fully-closed hydraulic climbing formwork,with a typical construction cycle of 6 m.The stay cables are anchored to the pylons by the low-contracting loop prestressing tendons and experience two times of tensioning.The steel truss girders in the side and auxiliary spans were assembled to be integral long sections in the factory and hoisted and installed by floating cranes on site.The steel girders on pier tops were erected section by section by floating cranes,while the steel girders in the central span were erected in a single cantilever manner by the 1100 t-capacity gantry crane.
