摘要
近年来黑龙江省对俄跨境电子商务初具规模,为了适应行业的发展,势必要培养出大批具有创新创业精神的对俄跨境电商人才。因此,本文提出优化课程体系、提高跨境电商师资水平、深化校企合作、搭建创新创业实践平台等建议来构建新型人才培养模式,以期为黑龙江省对俄跨境电商行业的迅速发展提供人才支持。
Recent years the cross-border e-commerce in Heilongjiang province have taken shape,in order to adapt to the development of the industry,it is necessary to train a lot of cross-border e-commerce to Russia for innovation and entrepreneurship. Therefore,this paper points out modern talent training model for optimization curriculum settings,increase cross-border e-commerce teaching level,the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,building of the practice platform for innovation and entrepreneurship,to help provide talent support of rapid development for crossborder e-commerce to Russia in Heilongjiang province.
