摘要
收缩问题是塑料加工中常见的问题,对尺寸稳定性要求高的产品,收缩更是棘手的问题,解决收缩问题,能提高产品质量。改善加工方法、加工工艺、添加无机填料可以改善此问题。本文介绍了收缩机理、测试方法,并从材料、加工方法、加工工艺等方面来综述目前对于收缩的改善方法。
Shrinkage problem is a common problem in plastic processing.For products with high dimensional stability requirements,shrinkage is a more difficult problem.Solving shrinkage problem can improve product quality.This problem can be improved by improving the processing method,processing technology and adding inorganic fillers.This paper introduces the shrinkage mechanism and testing method,and summarizes the improvement methods of shrinkage from the aspects of material,processing method and processing technology.
