近年来,随着科技水平的提高,越来越多的电气设备应用于煤炭工业实践生产中,极大地提高了生产力。在带来巨大经济效益的同时,高速发展的煤矿行业对煤矿电气安全管理工作提出了更高的要求,为了更好地进行煤矿安全生产,加强煤矿电气安全关键性技术的研究,对煤矿电气事故的管理及防范具有重大的现实意义。
