摘要
紧扣国家制造业人才发展规划和创新创业教育改革要求,机械类专业应用型人才应具备的核心能力主要包括工程实践能力、创新创业能力和团队合作能力。机械类专业应用型人才核心能力的培养应紧扣核心能力培养,构筑综合育人平台;深化科教结合,推进创新创业,促进学生核心能力融合发展;强化实践教学,促进产教融合,注重加强学生工程实践能力的培养。
In line with the requirements of national manufacturing talent development planning and innovationentrepreneurship education reform,the core competence of applied professionals in mechanical major mainly includes engineering practice ability,innovation-entrepreneurship ability and team cooperation ability.In the cultivation of core competence of applied professionals in mechanical major we should closely link the cultivation of core competence to build a comprehensive education platform;deepen the integration of science and education to promote innovation and entrepreneurship for boosting the integration and development of core competence of students;strengthen practical teaching,promote the integration of production and education,and pay attention to the cultivation of engineering practice ability of students.
