摘要
高中体育专项化教学改革既是新课程改革趋势增强的重要产物,也是全面深化新课程标准改革的重要内容之一。高中体育专项化改革中体育师资存在的问题主要有:专项化体育教师资源不足,教师专项化教学观念滞后,师资进修培训体系不完善,补充师资与市场的联系不强,教师激励机制尚未健全。解决高中体育专项化教学改革师资问题应采取的相应策略是:以请进来和走出去的方式充实师资队伍,更新并升级专项化师资教学理念,逐步完善师资进修培训体系,不断加强补充师资与市场的联系,建立健全专项化师资激励机制,严格遵循并贯彻"健康为首"的重要原则。
The specialized teaching reform of senior-middle-school physical education is not only an important product of the trend of new-curriculum reform,but also one of the important contents to comprehensively deepen the reform of new curriculum standards.The main problems of PE teachers in the reform of PE specialization in senior middle school include the shortage of specialized PE teachers'resources,the lag of teachers'specialized teaching concept,the imperfection of teachers'further training system,the weak connection between the supplementary teachers and the market,and the imperfection of teachers'incentive mechanism.We can adopt such corresponding solutions as enriching the teaching staff by inviting in and going out,updating and upgrading the teaching concept of specialized teachers,gradually improving the system of teachers'further training,continuously strengthening the connection between supplementary teachers and the market,establishing and improving the incentive mechanism of specialized teachers,and strictly following and implementing the important principle of“health first”.
