摘要
针对开关变换器多频率控制等方法中存在输出电压偏差等问题,以Buck变换器为例,深入分析控制脉冲功率和输出电压之间的数学关系,提出了一种数字双功率控制技术。该控制技术利用数字控制动态调节控制脉冲的功率大小,保持输出电压的稳定。给出了详细的公式推导,从理论上说明了这种控制技术相较于其他控制的优势。研究表明,该控制技术能够实现包括空载状态在内的宽输出功率范围的调节,在保证输出电压纹波较小的同时,有效抑制了输出电压偏差。在不影响电路的瞬态响应速度的情况下,进一步改善了电路的稳态性能。仿真和实验证明了理论分析的正确性。
To solve the problem of output voltage deviation in multi-frequency control of switching converter,taking Buck converter as an example,the mathematical relationship between the power of the control pulse and output voltage is deeply analyzed,and a digital bi-power control technique is proposed. The control technique uses digital control to dynamically adjust the power of the control pulse to maintain the stability of the output voltage. The detailed formula derivation was given,and the advantages of this control technique over other control methods were explained theoretically. The research shows that the control technique can achieve wide output power range adjustment including no-load state,and effectively suppress the output voltage deviation while guaranteeing a smaller output voltage ripple. Without affecting the transient response speed of the circuit,the steady-state performance of the circuit is further improved.The validity of the theoretical analysis was verified by simulation and experiment.
