核电汽轮发电机转子绕组匝间短路的定子环流特征 被引量:7

摘要 随着我国新一代核电技术的成熟,未来将有更多先进的核电站投入发电运营。核电机组普遍为半速汽轮发电机,与全速汽轮发电机的结构有所不同,发生转子绕组匝间短路故障时的特征也有一定的差异。本文针对转子绕组匝间短路故障的磁场特征进行了分析,将交流绕组电动势计算方法应用到转子绕组匝间短路故障这一特殊状态,将故障形成的1/2次谐波特征磁场看作主磁场,将定子绕组看作超短距绕组,得到了一对磁极下1/2次谐波电动势的表达式,进一步推导了双极绕组串联后的电动势表达式,建立了谐波电动势与谐波磁场的函数关系式。通过数值仿真研究了并联支路环流波形特征以及频率特征与短路程度的关联性,为并联支路环流法在半速汽轮发电机组上的应用提供了理论参考和数据支撑。 Nuclear power units are generally half speed turbogenerators. Half-speed turbine generator is different from full-speed turbine generator in structure,and the characteristics of rotor windings inter-turn short circuit fault are also different. In this paper,the magnetic field characteristics of the inter-turn short-circuit fault in rotor winding were analyzed. Combining with the calculation method of electromotive force of AC windings,the expression of 1/2 harmonic electromotive force under a pair of poles was obtained,under the condition that the 1/2 harmonic magnetic field generated by the fault being regarded as the main magnetic field and the stator winding is regarded as the ultra-short distance winding. And the functional relationship between harmonic EMF and harmonic magnetic field is established. The expression of electromotive force in series of bipolar windings was further deduced. The waveform characteristics of parallel branch circulating current and the correlation between frequency characteristics and short circuit level were studied by numerical simulation,which provides theoretical reference and data support for the application of parallel branch circulating current method in half-speed turbine generator.
