智能化时代“AI+教师”协同教学的实践形态 被引量:79

摘要 随着进入智能化时代,由人工智能与教师协同并存所形成的"AI+教师"协同教学的实践形态,将为高效教学和个性化教育提供新的契机。由于教师的"缺陷存在"所产生的"补缺"需求,使得"认知外包"成为常态,人工智能由此嵌入教学,充当"代具"以弥补教师能力的不足,形成"人-技术"的教学新形态。"AI+教师"协同教学的实践形态,按照协同性的高低依次分为"AI代理+教师"、"AI助手+教师"、"AI导师+教师"、"AI伙伴+教师"四种,这四种形态之间不是彼此割裂的,而是相互协同、共同服务于教学。未来,"AI+教师"协同教学的实践形态,将致力在实现教育转型、突破技术壁垒、厘清伦理关系三个方面做出努力,以弥合理论模型与教学实践之间的鸿沟,为教学注入新生力量。 In the era of intelligence,the practical form of "AI+teacher" collaborative teaching formed by the artificial intelligence and teachers will provide new opportunities for efficient teaching and personalized education. Due to the "supplement" demand generated by the "defect" of teachers,"cognitive outsourcing" has become a normal state. Therefore,artificial intelligence is embedded in teaching,acting as a "substitute" to make up for the deficiency of teachers’ ability and forming a new teaching form of "mantechnology". According to the degree of synergy,the practical forms of "AI+teacher" collaborative teaching can be classified into "AI agent+teacher", "AI assistant+ teacher", "AI tutor+teacher" and "AI partner+teacher". The four forms are not separated from each other,but cooperate with each other to serve the teaching.In the future,the practice form of "AI+teacher" collaborative teaching will make efforts in realizing educational transformation,breaking through technical barriers and clarifying the ethical relationship,so as to bridge the gap between theoretical model and teaching practice and bring new forces into teaching.
