脱水尾砂精准配料强制均化制备结构流充填工艺 被引量:5

Precision Batching and Forced Homogenization of Dehydrated Tailings for Structural Flow Filling Process

摘要 充填是实现大宗矿山尾废资源化利用和建设绿色矿山的重要途径,针对脱水尾砂充填料浆制备的给料、计量和均化技术难题,通过充填材料试验和充填工艺方案配置研究,开发了脱水尾砂精准配料强制均化制备结构流充填工艺。工艺采用粗精秤给料方式,静态斗式秤计量技术,强制活化和储料均化两段式搅拌制备技术,配合自控系统,充填物料配料误差≤0.7%,能制备高浓度似均质稳态结构流充填料浆。脱水尾砂储料充足时,系统能够实现连续充填。该工艺对采充不均衡矿山具有较强适应性,能用于机械脱水尾砂和尾矿库取砂的矿山,建设投资小、周期短,特别适宜中小型矿山充填建站。 Filling method is an important way to realize the resource utilization of tailings from bulk mines and to build green mines.Aiming at the difficult problems of feeding,metering and homogenization of dehydrated tailings filling,a precision batching and forced homogenization of dehydrated tailings for structural flow filling process was developed through filling material tests and filling process scheme research.The process adopted the coarse and fine scale feeding method,the static bucket scale measurement technology,as well as the forced activation and material storage homogenization stirring technology.Then cooperating with automatic control system,the batching error of filling material was less than or equal to 0.7%,which proved that the process can prepare high-concentration homogeneous steady-state structural flow filling slurry.When dehydrated tailings had sufficient storage,continuous filling can be realized.The process can be applied to the mines with uneven mining and filling or the mines with mechanical tailings dehydration and sand taking in tailings ponds,with the characteristics of small construction investment and short construction cycle,which was especially suitable for filling and station construction in small and medium-sized mines.
