摘要
为探究深锥浓密机底流浓度波动对充填成本的影响,选取胶结剂单耗作为指标进行评价。定期取样测试底流浓度,根据粒度、坍落度和配比试验,分析料浆流态临界浓度,构建料浆浓度波动模型,分析胶结剂耗量与时间的关系。研究结果表明:生产中底流浓度波动较大,差值达8.40%;坍落度及配比强度拟合方程系数的变化规律表明,69%为两相流与结构流态的临界浓度,直观观察及数据分析说明料浆的最佳自流充填浓度为71%。浓度波动模型条件下胶结剂平均单耗δ为168.43kg,当浓度稳定在71%时δ减少12.17kg,降幅为7.23%。减小底流浓度波动可有效降低充填系统的运营成本。
In order to explore the influence of the underflow concentration fluctuation in the deep cone thickener on the filling cost,the unit consumption of cementing agent was selected as the index for evaluation.Sampling were carried out regularly to test the underflow concentration.According to the particle size,slump and proportioning test,the critical concentration of slurry flow state was analyzed,the slurry concentration fluctuation model was constructed,and the relationship between consumption of cementing agent and time was analyzed.The results were concluded as follows.Firstly,the bottom flow concentration fluctuated greatly in the production,with the difference of 8.40%.Secondly,the change rule of the fitting equation coefficient of slump and proportioning strength showed that the critical concentration of two-phase flow and structure flow state was 69%,and the intuitionistic observation and data analysis showed that the best free flow filling concentration of slurry was 71%.Under the condition of concentration fluctuation model,the average unit consumption of cementing agent was168.43 kg,and decreased by 12.17 kg when the concentration was stable at 71%,with a decrease of 7.23%.Reducing the underflow concentration fluctuation can effectively reduce the operation cost of filling system.
