摘要 随着国内外信息化和网络化技术的高速发展,传统电力产业管理模式处于向智慧管控模式升级转变的关键时期,企业利用先进的信息技术、大数据和智能决策手段,实现大型设备生产信息和管理信息的智能优化控制。大数据技术的不断发展为企业设备全覆盖管理创造了条件,通过数据采集专有模块,对大型设备生产信息数据的实时采集、监测、分析,挖掘设备各个机构之间的关联性,建立大型设备可视化模型,搭建智能运维系统,构建大型装备全生命周期进行智能预测系统,整合设备各个机构和应用场景,形成一个智能化的生产管理体系,解决了设备运行管理中的难点,这是提升大型设备全生命周期智能管理的核心。根据现阶段设备管理系统运营特点,利用大数据分析、挖掘技术,分析了大型装备生产活动过程中数据信息和设备运行状态的关系,实现装备智能维护和健康评估,阐述了数据对于大型装备全生命周期管理的重要价值。 With the informatization and rapid development of network technology worldwide,the traditional management model in power industry is in the critical transition to an intelligent management model. Enterprises take advanced information technology,big data and intelligent decision-making methods to achieve the intelligent optimized control on production information and management information of large equipment. The continuous development of big data technology has created conditions for the full-coverage management for equipment. Real-time collection,monitoring,and analyses on production data of large equipment by specialized data acquisition module are made to establish associations between each component in mining equipment. By setting up visualization models,an intelligent operation and maintenance system and an intelligent lifecycle prediction system for the large equipment,and integrating various equipment component and their application scenarios,an intelligent production management system is established,which solves the difficulties in operation management. This system is the key to improving the intelligent lifecycle management of large equipment. Based on the operating characteristics with current management system,using big data analysis and mining technology to analyze the relationship between data and operating status during the operation,the intelligent maintenance and health assessment on large equipment can be realized. The important value of data for the lifecycle management of equipment is also been expounded.
