Determination of T-2 Toxin Residues in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium by UPLC-MS/MS

摘要 研究以超高效液相色谱—三重四级杆串联质谱联用技术(UPLC-MS/MS)测定陈皮中T-2毒素含量的方法.陈皮用乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液提取,经PSA(乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷)净化,LCMS/MS电喷雾正离子多反应监测(MRM)模式检测.T-2毒素在1~25μg.L^-1的浓度范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),陈皮中T-2毒素的检测限为2.0μg.kg^-1.平均加样回收均为91.86%,RSD为2.88%(n=9).该法操作简便,结果准确,可作为陈皮中T-2毒素残留量检测方法. Objective To establish a ultra high liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS) method for determination of T-2 Toxin in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium.The Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium were extracted by acetonitrile-0.1 % methanoic acid,and was cleaned up by the PSA.T-2 Toxin was detected by LC-MS/MS electrospray ionization in the positive ion multiple reaction mode.The linear range of T-2 Toxin was within 1~25 μg.L^-1(r=0.9996).The limit of detection of T-2 Toxin was 2.0 μg.kg^-1.The recoveries was 91.86%.RSD=2.88%(n=9).This method is simple and accurate.This method can be applied for the determination of T-2 Toxin residues in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium.
