摘要
本研究以油酸和二乙醇胺为原料,在磷酸做催化剂、氮气做保护气、常压的条件下合成了中温相变储能材料。通过正交试验设计优化试验方案,然后采用控制单一变量的方法确定的最优工艺条件为n(二乙醇胺)∶n(油酸)=0.5∶1,磷酸用量为油酸质量的1%,反应温度为170℃,反应时间为5 h。经过DSC差式扫描量热仪表征,中温相变材料焓变量大于180 J/g,熔点为86~88℃,其焓变量和熔点高于目前国内同类产品。利用自主研发设计的自动循环装置对制备的相变材料进行多次的熔化-凝固循环试验,相变材料始终未出现相分离和过冷现象,焓变量也未发生衰减,性能非常稳定。
With oleic acid and diethanol amine as raw materials,medium melting-point phase change material was synthesized under the condition of normal pressure with H3PO4 as catalyst and N2 as exchange gas in this paper,which could be used as a energy storage material.The optimal reaction conditions were determined by controlling the single variable method after optimizing the experimental scheme with orthogonal test design.The mole ratio between diethanol amine and oleic acid is equal to 0.5∶1,the suitable mass fraction of H3PO4 to oleic acid is 1%,and the reaction time is 5 h under 170℃.The phase change material was tested by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The melting enthalpy was greater than 180J/g,and the melting point was 86~88℃.The properties of enthalpy and melting point are better than the properties of phase change materials that are produced by current domestic manufacturers.Automatic cycle equipment was designed through independent research and development design.After cycling of melting and solidification for many times,the phase change material has little or no melting enthalpy decay,phase separation and supercooling,behaving greatly high thermal stability.
