摘要
以6年生芳樟油料林(牡丹1号)为试验材料,通过二次正交回旋组合设计试验,研究有机肥和微量元素对芳樟油料精油含量及品质的影响。结果表明:不同有机肥和微量元素对芳樟油料林不同组织的精油含量促生效果不同。以精油产量为目标,前3组施肥方案分别为T5>T2>T3;以芳樟精油品质为目标,前3组施肥方案,分别是T7>T5>T6;综合芳樟油料林的精油产量、精油品质,最佳施肥方案是T5(有机肥=750g、微量元素=3.5g),其总精油含量为18.42mL。
Taking 6-year-old Cinnamomum camphora oil forest (MD1) as the research object,the effects of organic fertilizers and trace elements on the content and quality of C. camphora oil essential oils were studied by a quadra ture orthogonal maneuver design experiment.The result shows:Different organic fertilizers and trace elements have different effects on the growth of essential oils in different tissues of C. camphora oil forests.The first three groups of fertilization schemes with the target of essential oil production are T5> T2> T3;the first three groups of fertilization schemes with the target of linal camphor essential oil quality are T7> T5> T6;comprehensive oil production, essen tial oil quality, The best fertilization scheme is T5( organic fertilizer=750g, trace elements=3.5g) , and its total essen tial oil content is 18.42ml.
