摘要
我国物流行业迅猛发展,超高型自动化立体仓库和超高堆垛机的需求越来越大。为了实现超高堆垛机的平稳运行,文中应用极限状态设计法和模态分析理论对超高双立柱堆垛机的金属结构进行理论分析,详细介绍了新技术在超高堆垛机上的应用。提出并论证了正对称结构对超高堆垛机能够稳定运行的必要性,为超高堆垛机的设计提供了理论依据。
Due to the rapid development of the logistics industry in China,the demand for super-high automated warehouse and super-high stacker is increasing.For the smooth operation of the super-high stacker,in this paper,the theoretical analysis on the metal structure of the super-high double-column stacker is carried out by using the limit state design method and modal analysis theory and the new technologies applied on the super-high stacker is introduced in detail.The necessity of normal symmetrical structure for the stable operation of super-high stacker is put forward and demonstrated,which provides theoretical basis for the design of super-high stacker.
