摘要
为了降低电力用聚氨酯树脂材料的密度,不损失其绝缘性能、吸水率和耐热性,制备了含不同体积分数的3种类型中空玻璃微珠的聚氨酯复合材料;通过扫描电镜、绝缘电阻、热重分析、差示扫描量热等测试手段对其性能进行了表征,研究了其密度、绝缘性、吸水性及耐热性。结果表明,体积分数为40%的K20型玻璃微珠的聚氨酯复合材料综合性能最好,特别是绝缘性突出,这是因为绝缘性良好的树脂基体与玻璃微珠复合后的界面效应使得复合材料具有优异的绝缘性能。最佳复合材料密度为0.737 g/cm3,吸水率为0.049%,表面电阻率为3.73×1015Ω,体积电阻率为3.76×1015Ω·cm,可以满足超特高压复合绝缘子的性能要求。
In order to reduce the density of polyurethane resin materials in power, without losing its insulation performance, water absorption and heat resistance, three kinds of insulating glass beads were added to prepare polyurethane composites with different volume fractions. The properties of the composites were characterized by SEM, TGA, DSC and insulation resistance meter, and its density, insulation, water absorption and heat resistance were studied. The results show that the polyurethane composite with the 40% volume fraction of K20 glass bead has the best comprehensive properties, in particular, the insulating property is outstanding because the interface effect after the resin matrix and the glass beads with good insulating properties are combined to get the excellent insulation properties. The density of the best composite material is 0.737 g/cm3, the water absorption rate is 0.049%, the surface resistivity is 3.73×1015 Ω, the volume resistivity is 3.76×1015 Ω·cm, indicating that it can meet performance requirements of ultra high voltage composite insulators.
