摘要
防喷器控制装置是控制防喷器的关键设备,防喷器控制装置上的蓄能器须储备足够的液压油,用于紧急情况下关闭防喷器组,因此蓄能器的液量容积至关重要。根据蓄能器在不同使用过程中的状态,利用氮气在不同压力和温度下的实际绝热指数值,结合理论计算与实际试验,对蓄能器液量计算方式进行优化,以满足井控操作对蓄能器容积的实际需求。同时此优化计算适用于其他工程中蓄能器的容积计算,可以作为其选型计算的参考。
The BOP control system is the key equipment for controlling the BOP.The accumulator of the BOP control system must store enough hydraulic fluid to close the BOP in emergency.Therefore,the liquid volume of accumulator is very crucially.According to the different states of the accumulator in actual use,the actual adiabatic index values of nitrogen under different pressures and temperatures are obtained,which are after referring to different calculation methods of liquid volume at home and abroad.Combining theoretical calculations with actual tests,the calculation method of the accumulator fluid volume is optimized,which can meet the actual demand.In addition,this optimization method can be used as a reference for other engineering accumulator s selection calculation.
