摘要
为了解决晋华宫矿8709综采工作面回采时粉尘浓度过高的问题,通过现场实测及数值模拟发现粉尘浓度较高的地点主要是滚筒尘源及尘源下风侧10m范围内。通过研究设计5个喷嘴、吸风量为80 mm^3/min、体积约0.1m^3的割煤机喷雾降尘装置,现场实测发现在应用了割煤机喷雾降尘装置后,割煤机附近司机处的降尘率达70%,除尘效果明显,保证了工作面的正常回采作业。
In order to solve the problem of excessively high dust concentration during the mining of the 8709 fully mechanized coal mining face in Jinhuagong Mine,it was found through field measurement and numerical simulation that the locations with high dust concentration were mainly within 10 m of the roller dust source and the downwind side of the dust source.Through research and design of 5 nozzles,air suction volume of 80 mm^3/min and a volume of about 0.1 m^3,after the application of dust cutting device of coal cutter on site,the dust fall rate near the driver was?as high as 70%,with obvious dust removal effect,the technology ensured the normal mining operation of the working face.
