摘要
介绍了一种可用于铸铁件的新型碱性硅烷处理剂。与传统的酸性磷化剂相比,它不含有害的重金属离子和磷,常温使用,处理时间1~2 min,可在铸铁工件表面形成均匀致密的膜层,提高其耐蚀性,并且可有效增强工件与漆膜之间的结合力,有望在汽车涂装和零部件涂装行业广泛应用。
A novel alkaline silanizing agent applicable to cast iron workpiece was introduced.As compared with the traditional acidic phosphating agent,the alkaline silanizing agent contains no harmful heavy metal ions or phosphate,and can be used at normal temperature for 1-2 min.The film formed from it on the surface of cast iron workpiece is uniform and compact,improving the corrosion resistance of the workpiece and the adhesion between the workpiece and the coating.The alkaline silanizing agent is expected to be widely used in automobile painting and automotive component painting industries.
