摘要
王祚久老先生是川派妇科名中医之一,尤其擅长诊治妇科经、带、胎、产诸病,形成了独具特色的学术思想及诊疗技术。王老针对崩漏这一妇科常见疑难疾病提出“肾虚为本,涉及肝脾,兼夹瘀热”的病机实质,治疗上采用“两步治崩、分期调理”,创制了系列新方验方,并结合针刺疗法取得较好的临床疗效。
Mr.Wang Zuojiu is one of the famous gynecologic doctors of Sichuan School.He is especially good at diagnosis and treatment of gynecological menstruation,leucorrhea,fetus,obstetric diseases.He has formed a unique academic thought and diagnosis and treatment technology.Mr.Wang put forward the Kidney deficiency as the root of this complicated gynecological disease,involving the Liver and Spleen,and the pathogenesis of Blood stasis and Heat.In the treatment,two steps were taken to treat the uterine bleeding and recuperate by stages.A series of new prescription has been created and combined with acupuncture therapy has achieved good clinical efficacy.
