摘要
水果电池实验是中学具有代表性的科普实验之一,受到人们广泛关注。然而尚未看到不同果汁浓度对其产生电动势变化的详细实验研究报道。比较不同稀释水、电极片以及液槽长度对水果电池电动势的影响,得到最佳的实验条件。以此为基础,用蒸馏水对果汁进行稀释,定量测量不同浓度梨汁产生的电动势。通过分析可见,梨汁产生的电动势与浓度关系满足能斯特方程,且发现电动势与果汁浓度的对数成线性关系。该实验结果给予了果汁浓度传感测量的新思路,对于果汁电池的后续研究具有一定的指导意义。
Fruit battery experiment is one of the representative popular science experiments,and it given wide attention.However,the experimental study about electromotive force of diluting juice have not been reported.In this paper,the affect of dilution water,electrodes and the length of liquid bath on electromotive force of fruit battery were studied to obtain optimum experimental condition.Based on these,electromotive force of pear juices with different concentrations were measured to obtain the relationship between voltage and concentration.The result shows that the relationship fit well to the nernest equation,moreover,the electromotive force is linear to the logarithm of juice's concentration.This work gives a new idea for the measurement of juice concentration sensing,and is meaningful for the research of fruit battery in the future.
