摘要
大型仪器设备是高校教学与科研工作的重要物质基础,是其综合实力的集中体现,如何开展大型仪器设备的共享,提高大型仪器设备的使用率,更好地改进服务质量,是当前高校实验室管理者面临的重要研究课题。在分析高校大型仪器设备采购与共享管理现状的基础上,通过对日美高校在大型仪器设备信息管理、制度建设与使用收费等方面经验进行介绍,进一步分析由其带来的工作启示。
Large-scale instrument is an important material foundation for the teaching and scientific research work at universities,which is the embodiment of its comprehensive strength.How to carry out the sharing management of large-scale instruments,improve their utilization rate and service quality,is the main research topic of the laboratory management at universities.The current situation of large scale instrument management and sharing service were analyzed in this paper,information management,system construction,usage fees of large-scale instruments and equipment at universities in Japan and American were also introduced so as to enlighten its effects for our large-scale instrument management.
