声触诊组织量化技术对前列腺良恶性病变的诊断价值

摘要 目的:探讨声触诊组织量化(VTQ)技术在前列腺良恶性病变的诊断价值。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年5月在汕头大学医学院第二附属医院住院并经活检或手术病理确诊的良性前列腺增生和前列腺癌患者及健康对照者共60例,受试者年龄>50岁,其中良性前列腺增生组21例,前列腺癌组19例,健康对照组20例。对受检者进行常规前列腺超声检查以及利用VTQ技术经会阴部测量VTQ值。结果:前列腺癌组外腺区域的VTQ值为(3.02±0.60)m/s,明显高于前列腺增生组[(1.90±0.57)m/s]及健康对照组[(1.84±0.52)m/s],前列腺增生组内腺区域VTQ值为(2.32±0.60)m/s,明显高于前列腺癌组[(1.93±0.55)m/s]及健康对照组[(1.86±0.47)m/s],均P<0.01。结论:前列腺组织的内、外腺区域VTQ值在健康对照、良恶性分组间差异有统计学意义。VTQ技术有助于前列腺良恶性疾病的鉴别诊断。 Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of virtual touch tissue quantification(VTQ)in benign and malignant prostatic lesions.Methods:From May 2017 to may 2018,60 subjects with benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer who were hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College and confirmed by biopsy or surgical pathology and healthy controls were selected.The age of the subjects was more than 50 years old,including 21 in the benign prostate hyperplasia group,19 in the prostate cancer group and 20 in the healthy control group.The subjects were examined by conventional prostate ultrasound and VTQ value was measured by perineum.Results:The VTQ value of the prostate cancer group was(3.02±0.60)m/s,significantly higher than that of the prostate hyperplasia group[(1.90±0.57)m/s]and the healthy control group[(1.84±0.52)m/s].The VTQ value of the prostate hyperplasia group was(2.32±0.60)m/s,significantly higher than that of the prostate cancer group[(1.93±0.55)m/s]and the healthy control group[(1.86±0.47)m/s],P<0.01.Conclusion:There was a significant difference in VTQ value between benign and malignant groups.VTQ is helpful for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant prostatic diseases.
