临床护理路径在超声雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎护理中的应用及对小儿呼吸力学的影响 被引量:21

Application of clinical nursing pathway in nursing of pediatric pneumonia treated with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation and its effect on respiratory mechanics in children

摘要 目的探讨临床护理路径在超声雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎护理中的应用及对小儿呼吸力学的影响。方法选取2016年3月~2019年3月我院收治的肺炎患儿320例,随机将其分为两组,对照组与研究组各160例。对照组行常规护理方案,研究组则采用临床路径化护理方案,比较两组呼吸力学、免疫球蛋白及不良反应。结果雾化后研究组患儿呼吸力学指标FEV1、FEV1%及FEV1%/FVC均高于对照组(P<0.05),雾化后研究组IgG、IgA及IgM水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组不良反应发生率为4.4%,低于对照组17.5%(P<0.05)。结论采用超声雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎并应用临床路径化护理方案,可辅助改善患儿肺功能,增强其免疫力,避免不良反应,值得在儿科肺炎治疗中推广。 Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway in nursing of pediatric pneumonia treated with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation and its effect on respiratory mechanics in children.Methods 320 children with pneumonia who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided randomly into two groups,160 in the control group and 160 in the study group.The control group was given conventional care and the study group was given clinical nursing pathway care.The respiratory mechanics,immunoglobulins and adverse effects were compared.Results After atomization,the respiratory mechanics indexes FEV1,FEV1%and FEV1%/FVC of the children in the study group were higher than those of the children in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgG,IgA and IgM of the children in the study group were higher than those of the children in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group(4.4%)was lower than that of the control group(17.5%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic atomizing inhalation in the treatment of children with pneumonia combined with application of clinical nursing pathway can help improve lung function,enhance immunity and avoid adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.
