血清HCY、Cys-C及β2-MG检测诊断糖尿病肾病的临床价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病患者常见的并发症,也是导致微血管病变最主要的致病因素。目前,DN已居于慢性肾衰竭致病因素的第三位,临床多表现为糖尿病性肾小球硬化症,早期肾体积增大,肾小球滤过率增加,进而出现蛋白尿,而该病早期症状不明显,难以察觉,当错过最佳治疗时期,进入晚期后,可发展为肾衰竭,对患者生活影响巨大^([1])。
