摘要
目的探究医院信息系统在优化门诊药房管理中的应用。方法我院2017年1~12月采取普通门诊药房管理的方式,选取867例患者参与调查,作为对照组。2018年1~12月采用医院信息系统自动化药房管理的方式,选取867例患者参与调查,作为观察组。观察比较两组门诊药房管理中的失误率,以及患者的满意率。结果观察组药房管理工作中的失误率为0.23%(2/867),明显低于对照组的工作失误率7.04%(61/867),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者的满意率为98.04%(850/867),明显高于对照组患者的工作满意率78.55%(681/867),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论医院信息系统能够优化门诊药房管理,降低工作失误率,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the application of hospital information system in optimizing outpatient pharmacy management. Methods Our hospital adopted general outpatient pharmacy management from January to December 2017,and 867 patients during this period were selected to participate in the survey and regarded as control group. Then from January to December 2018,our hospital adopted automated pharmacy management of hospital information system,and 867 patients during this period were selected to participate in the survey and regarded as observation group.The error rates in the outpatient pharmacy management and patient satisfaction rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The error rate in pharmacy management in the observation group was [0.23%(2/867)],which was significantly lower than that in the control group [7.04%(61/867)].The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The work satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.04%(850/867),which was significantly higher than that of the control group [78.55%(681/867)].The difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The hospital information system can optimize outpatient pharmacy management,reduce work error rate,and improve patient satisfaction.
