“双轨合一”模式下口腔专硕生科研能力培养 被引量:7

摘要 口腔医学专业研究生培养目标是培养具有较强临床能力、科研能力、创新能力和理论水平的高素质高层次医学人才。"双轨合一"培养模式是培养临床医学人才的有效途径,是人才培养的创新,是我国医学学位教育的一次战略性举措,对于医学教育与医疗卫生事业起到相互促进的作用,临床科研在口腔医学专业学位研究生培养过程中具有至关重要的作用。对口腔专业学位研究生科研能力培养的相关体系进行构建,是当前口腔医学教学研究的热点。本文对专业学位研究生在临床实践过程中科研能力的培养进行分析和总结,从科研选题、课程设置和导师队伍建设等方面加以阐述,以期在新的模式下,培养出临床与科研能力兼备的优质的高级应用型口腔临床医生。 The training target of postgraduates in stomatology is high quality medical talents with strong clinical ability,scientific research ability,innovation ability and theoretical level.Double-track integration mode is an effective way of training clinical medical talents,it is also a major innovation in talent cultivation and China’s medical degree education a strategic move,have the effect on medical education and medical and health undertakings clinical research on oral medicine in the process of professional degree graduate education has the vital significance.It is an urgent problem for oral medicine teaching and research to construct the relevant system of scientific research ability cultivation for graduate students majoring in oral medicine.This paper analyzes and summarizes the cultivation of scientific research ability of graduate students with professional degrees in the clinical practice process,and expounds it from the aspects of scientific research topic selection,curriculum setting and tutor team construction,so as to cultivate high-quality senior applied oral clinicians with both clinical and scientific research ability under the new mode.
