摘要
本研究通过有限元模型对高压直流输电系统中的局部放电进行分析,通过构造聚合物绝缘材料中的单气隙缺陷,模拟HVDC系统中海底电缆的绝缘缺陷。采用多物理场仿真软件COMSOL与MATLAB结合的方式,对HVDC系统多次谐波作用下局部放电过程中的电场分布进行分析,并搭建了高压直流电缆局部放电检测平台进行验证。结果表明:随着HVDC系统谐波叠加次数和幅值的增加,局部放电的重复频率均成比例增加,电力电子设备对电缆绝缘性能的加速劣化有较大影响。
In this study, the partial discharge in HVDC system was analyzed by finite element model,and a single air gap defect in polymer insulating material was constructed to simulate the insulation defect of submarine cable in HVDC system. The electric field distribution in the partial discharge process under the action of HVDC system multiple harmonics was analyzed by combining multi-physical field simulation software COMSOL and MATLAB, and a partial discharge detection platform for high voltage DC cable was built for verification. The results show that with the increase of superposition frequency and amplitude of HVDC system harmonic, the repetition frequency of partial discharge increases proportionally, which indicate that power electronic equipments have great influence on the accelerated deterioration of cable insulation properties.
