摘要
目的:研究泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺炎的中医证候演变规律的特点。方法:通过对山东省中医院ICU、肺病科及急诊病房泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺炎患者中医四诊的记录,与普通肺炎比较,研究泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺炎的中医证候演变规律。结果:泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺炎的演变规律符合中医卫气营血的辨证原则,与普通肺炎比较,初期气分证较多,中期虚证较多。主要病理要素为痰、热、瘀。结论:1.泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺炎的发展符合中医"风温肺热病"发展变化规律,与普通肺炎比较有特殊性。2.泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的主要病理要素为痰、热、瘀。3.泛耐药菌肺炎与非耐药菌肺炎降钙素原(PCT)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)绝对值比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。
Objective:To study the characteristics of TCM syndrome evolution of pan-drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia.Methods:Based on the records of four TCM diagnosis of pan-drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia patients in ICU,pul-monary department and emergency ward of shandong hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,the TCM syndrome evolution rule of pandrug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia was studied compared with common pneumonia.Results:The transmissibility rule of pan-drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia conforms to the syndrome differentiation principle of weiqi and yingxue in Chi-nese medicine.The main pathological factors were phlegm,heat and blood stasis.Conclusion:1.The development of pan-drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia conforms to the development and change rule of"wind-warming pulmonary fever"in traditional Chinese medicine,and it has particularity compared with common pneumonia.2.The main pathological elements of pan-drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii were phlegm,heat and blood stasis.3.The absolute value of procalcitonin(PCT)and c-reactive protein(CRP)was significantly different between pan-drug-resistant bacteria pneumonia and non-drug-resistant bacteria pneumonia(P<0.05).
