摘要
介绍了针对聚酯装置酯化反应中所产生的混合蒸汽,提出了回收利用的改造措施,实现了酯化蒸汽余热的有效利用。结果表明:在原有的酯化蒸汽冷却系统基础上,增上溴冷机和二类热泵,可有效利用酯化蒸汽携带的热能,夏季期间利用溴冷机制取7~12℃冷冻水,供应短纤装置工艺空调使用,冬季及其它季节利用二类热泵制取0.35 MPa蒸汽使用,取得了明显的节能效果。
In this paper,aiming at the mixed steam produced in esterification reaction of polyester plant,the improvement measures of recovery and utilization are put forward,and the effective utilization of waste heat of esterification steam is realized.The results show that:on the basis of the original esterification steam cooling system,adding bromine chiller and classⅡheat pump can effectively use the heat energy carried by esterification steam.In summer,7~12℃chilled water is taken from bromine cooling mechanism to supply the process air conditioning of staple fiber unit.In winter and other seasons,classⅡheat pump is used to produce 0.35 MPa steam,which has achieved obvious energy saving effect.
