课程思政视域下开放教育宪法课程教学的重构与实践 被引量:5

摘要 宪法课程思政是新形势下强化高校思想政治教育、落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。从开放教育的相关实践来看,宪法课程教学需要正视开放教育以学生自主学习为主的学习模式,针对学员的学习需求与实际情况,提供信息化、启发式、实践性强的教学服务,增强宪法课程思政的实效性。本文从开放教育宪法课程思政的教学实践出发,提出重构宪法教学的基本路径,并以“公民的权利与义务”一节的宪法主题导学课为例,以宪法内容为主线挖掘思政教育资源,将思政话语贯穿于学生学习的始终,引导学生运用马克思主义原理分析问题、解决问题,树立宪法信仰,努力做新时代社会主义法治的践行者。 Ideology-oriented courses of constitution is an important measure to strengthen the ideological&political education and morality cultivation in Chinese higher education.The practice in open education shows that ideology-oriented constitution teaching should consider self-study as the main learning mode of open education,which requires informationalized,heuristic and practical teaching services to enhance its effectiveness,according to students'learning needs and actual situation.This paper bases on the teaching practice of ideology-oriented Courses of Constitution in open education,and gives the basic steps to reconstruct constitution education.The guidance to the section of"citizens'rights and obligations"in this paper explains how to integrate ideological and political education into constitution courses and throughout the whole guidance of constitution learning.It also tells how to lead the learners to analyze and solve problems with Marxist principles,and to set up belief of constitution,which can help students become good practitioners of law in socialistic China.
