摘要
目的:观察认知行为干预结合系统护理对原发性闭角型青光眼患者术后遵医行为及心理状态的影响。方法:选择2017年5月-2019年5月在本院行小梁切除术治疗的原发性闭角型青光眼患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取认知行为干预结合系统护理,比较两组效果。结果:两组干预后眼压均较干预前降低,视力、前房角深度均较干预前提高(P<0.05),且观察组改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后遵医行为率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后GSES评分均较干预前提高(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后SAS、SDS评分均较干预前下降(P<0.05),且观察组下降程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:认知行为干预结合系统护理可提高原发性闭角型青光眼患者术后遵医行为,改善不良心理状态,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective:To observe the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention combined with systematic nursing on the compliance behavior and psychological state of patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma after operation.Method:A total of 100 patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma who underwent trabeculectomy in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received cognitive behavior intervention combined with systematic nursing.Then the application effect of two groups were compared.Result:Compared with before intervention,the IOP of two groups decreased after intervention,the visual acuity and anterior chamber angle depth increased after intervention (P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The GSES score of two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention the control group (P<0.05),the improvement degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention (P<0.05),and the decrease degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive behavior intervention combined with systematic nursing can improve the compliance behavior of patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma after operation and improve their bad psychological state,which has an important clinical value.
