摘要
随着健康中国建设的不断深入,国民营养与健康水平的提升已是社会关注的焦点。大力发展营养食品产业既是健康中国的客观需求,也是国民营养健康状况改善的必要基础。北京营养食品产业发展已经取得了不少的成绩,但距离高水平产业建设仍有许多工作值得去做,具体表现在营养食品管理标准不完善、营养食品产业的发展较为迟缓、产品的虚假宣传仍然存在、销售从业人员整体素质有待提高、居民营养安全意识有待提升。建议从完善地方法规、充分利用北京科研环境优势建立高效运作机制、加强宣传倡导、加强企业诚信建设、加强产业集聚发展以及充分发挥行业协会作用等方面,推进北京营养食品产业的健康有序发展。
With the deepening of healthy China construction,the improvement of national nutrition and health level has become the focus of social attention.To develop the nutritional food industry is not only the objective demand of healthy China,but also the necessary foundation of improving the national nutritional health.The development of nutritional food industry in Beijing has made a lot of achievements,but there are still many works to be done far away from the construction of high-level industry,which are reflected in the imperfection of nutritional food management standards,the relatively slow development of nutritional food industry,the existence of false publicity of products,the overall quality of sales practitioners to be improved,and the awareness of nutritional safety of residents to be improved.It is suggested that the healthy and orderly development of Beijing’s nutritional food industry should be promoted by improving local laws and regulations,making full use of the advantages of Beijing’s scientific research environment to establish an efficient operation mechanism,strengthening publicity and advocacy,strengthening the construction of enterprise integrity,strengthening the development of industrial agglomeration and giving full play to the role of industry associations.
