摘要
目的:分析云浮市变应性鼻炎患者的生活质量和心理状态。方法:选取2018年8月-2019年8月本院收治的云浮市变应性鼻炎患者138例作为观察组,另选取同时期100例健康体检者作为对照组。利用健康调查简表(SF-36)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估并比较两组人群生存质量、人格特征及焦虑、抑郁情况。结果:观察组各维度生存质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组情绪性(N)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组SAS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:云浮市变应性鼻炎患者的生活质量低于健康人群,且普遍具有焦虑情绪,并伴有情绪不稳定,这提示在治疗变应性鼻炎的同时也应注意到患者心理问题,以达到综合治疗的目的。
Objective: To analyze the quality of life and psychological status of patients with allergic rhinitis in Yunfu City. Method: From August 2018 to August 2019, 138 patients with allergic rhinitis in Yunfu City were selected as the observation group, and 100 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group. The quality of life, personality characteristics, anxiety and depression of the two groups were evaluated and compared by the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36), Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ), anxiety self-rating scale(SAS) and depression self-rating scale(SDS). Result: The quality of life scores of all dimensions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The emotional(N) score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The SAS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in SDS score between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The quality of life of patients with allergic rhinitis in Yunfu City is lower than that of healthy people, and they are generally anxious and accompanied by emotional instability, this suggests that in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, patients should also be aware of psychological problems in order to achieve the purpose of comprehensive treatment.
