摘要
基于无锡地铁盾构区间在砂土地层中近距离穿越太湖大道隧道施工的工程实例,针对盾构在砂土地层中施工对地层扰动大、穿越风险高等问题,通过选取预试验段,探索出适合的施工参数及技术措施,经过现场试验,确定了穿越过程的各项技术参数,成功地将沉降控制在4 mm以内。
In this paper,based on the case study of the tunnel construction of Wuxi metro shield section passing through Taihu Avenue in a short distance in the sand soil layer,aiming at the problems of the shield construction in the sand soil layer,such as the great disturbance to the stratum and the high risk of crossing,through the selection of the pre test section,the suitable construction parameters and technical measures are explored,through the field test,the technical parameters of the crossing process are determined,and the construction of the tunnel is successful the settlement shall be controlled within 4 mm.
