摘要
选取2005-2017年福建省能源消耗的实际面板数据,在资源生产率理论视角下,采用数量研究法研究福建省能源利用效益。研究结果发现近年来福建省能源消耗总量增长减缓,能源消耗结构逐步优化,原煤等不可再生资源的消耗量始终居高不下;资源生产率逐年提高,第二产业能耗最多而资源生产率却最低。基于此,要以物质管理方法为基础,依靠制度建设、科学技术、网络联动等多维度的支持与合作来调控能源在生产消费过程中的流动,以期通过资源生产率提升福建省能源利用效益,提高福建省能源经济的可持续发展水平。
Based on the actual panel data of energy consumption in Fujian Province from 2005 to 2017,and from the perspective of resource productivity theory,a quantitative research method was used to study the energy efficiency of Fujian Province.The results show that in recent years,the growth of total energy consumption in Fujian has slowed down,the energy consumption structure has been gradually optimized,and the consumption of non-renewable resources such as raw coal has remained high;resource productivity has increased year by year,and the secondary industry has the most energy consumption and the lowest resource productivity.Based on this,it is necessary to regulate the flow of energy in the production and consumption process based on material management methods and rely on multi-dimensional support and cooperation such as system construction,science and technology,and network linkage.It is hoped that the energy efficiency of Fujian Province will be increased through the improvement of resource productivity,and the level of sustainable development of energy economy in Fujian Province will be improved.
