摘要
高校教师绩效考核是对教师教学、科研水平以及学生管理等工作的一种综合评定。科学合理、公正公平的绩效考核方案对于激发教师的工作积极性具有直接的影响,也在一定程度上影响着高校师资队伍建设的质量状况。本文在研究中,对高校教师绩效考核方案设计与应用的相关问题进行探索,并提出一些对策与建议。
The performance assessment of college teachers is a comprehensive assessment of teachers'teaching,research level and student management.The scientific and fair and fair performance appraisal program has a direct impact on the work enthusiasm of teachers,and it also affects the quality of the construction of the teaching staff in colleges to some extent.In this paper,some countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward in this paper.
