摘要
基坑开挖过程中,基坑周边土体的原有的应力场的状态将会发生改变,周围土体将会产生局部变形和塑性破坏。其对临近建筑的影响主要表现在以下两个方面:一方面基坑开挖会引起坑外土体向坑内移动,使得坑外的建筑的基础产生附加位移和弯矩;另一方面基坑开挖会导致基坑周边产生不均匀沉降,从而引起建筑基础或墙体的开裂。本文以广州南沙某两层地下室基坑工程项目为例,结合有限元软件Midas GTS针对基坑开挖对临近建筑物的影响进行模拟分析,分析得出基坑支护结构的变形和受力情况及其对建筑物的变化影响。其分析成果对优化设计和指导施工具有一定的意义。
In the excavation process of foundation pit, the state of the original stress field of the surrounding soil around the foundation pit will be changed, and the surrounding soil would produce local deformation and plastic damage. The influences on adjacent buildings are mainly reflected in the following two aspects: On the one hand, the excavation of foundation pit will cause the outer soil to move into the pit, which will cause additional displacement and bending moment on the foundation of the building outside the pit. On the other hand, the excavation of foundation pit can cause uneven settlement around the foundation pit, which can cause the building foundation or the wall to crack. In this paper, a two layers of basement foundation pit project in guangzhou nansha as an example, combined with finite element software Midas GTS simulated analysis of the influence of excavation on adjacent buildings, analysis of foundation pit supporting structure deformation and stress distribution and its effect on the change of the building.The analysis results have an important significance for optimizing design and guiding construction.
