秋冬季节变化对情志相关神经递质的影响 被引量:4

Study on the effect of seasonal variation of Autumn and Winter on emotion-related neuroendocrine based on the heory of“man and nature are corresponding to each other”

摘要 目的以中医“天人相应”理论为基础,观察秋冬季节变化对情志相关神经递质的影响。为情志病季节性发作或加重提供预防及治疗思路。方法分别在秋分、冬至前一个月,采用SD雄性大鼠,随机分为生理组、伪手术组(不摘除松果腺)、手术组(摘除松果腺),每组8只,手术组和伪手术组于秋分、冬至日前30天完成造模,在室温条件下饲养一个月,采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测海马中5-羟色胺(5-hydroxyryptamine,5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(noradrenaline,NE)、γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)、谷氨酸(glutamic,Glu)含量,血清促肾上腺素皮质激素(adrenocorticotropic hormone,ACTH)含量。结果(1)秋冬季节相比,生理组5-HT、GABA、ACTH皆呈现出秋高冬低的季节节律(P<0.05),生理组NE和Glu存在冬高秋低的季节节律;(2)5-HT冬季生理组与手术组相比,有显著差异(P<0.05),伪手术组与生理组比较,差异不显著。秋季NE三组相比,手术组与生理组相比升高,有显著差异(P<0.05)。伪手术组与生理组相比,差异不显著。GABA手术组秋分与冬至相比秋高冬低,有显著差异(P<0.05);(3)同一季节三组之间比较,GABA冬季生理组与手术组相比,有显著差异(P<0.05),生理组伪手术组相比,差异不显著。ACTH冬季生理组与手术组相比,有显著差异(P<0.05),伪手术组与生理组相比,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论秋冬季节变化对5-HT、NE、GABA、Glu、ACTH神经递质分泌有影响,松果腺是季节变化影响情志相关内分泌的中介,其调控机制具有季节选择性。中医“天人相应”理论具有丰富的科学内涵。 Objective To observe the effect of autumn and winter on emotion-related neuroendocrine on the basis of the theory of“man and nature are corresponding to each otehr”in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).To provide prevention and treatment for seasonal onset or aggravation of emotional diseases.Methods One month before the Autumn Equinox and the Winter Solstice,male rats with SD were divided into normal group,pseudo-operation group and operation group(removal of pineal gland).The rats in each group were fed at room temperature for one month after modeling.The materials were collected on the night of the Autumn Equinox and the Autumn Equinox,and the 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA).In hippocampus of the two groups were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay).5-HT and gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA).In hippocampus of the two groups were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Compared with the winter,the 5-HT,GABA and ACTH of the physiological group showed the seasonal rhythm of autumn and winter(P<0.05),and the physiological group NE and Glu had a seasonal rhythm of low indicator in winter and high in autumn.The 5-HT winter physiological group had a significant difference(P<0.05),and the pseudo-surgical group and the physiological group were not significant.Compared with the group of NE,there were significant differences in the group(P<0.05).The difference between the pseudo-surgical group and the physiological group was not significant.In the GABA operation group,the autumn score and the winter time were lower than that in the autumn and the winter,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).There was significant difference in GABA winter physiology group and operation group among the three groups in the same season,but there was no significant difference between the physiological group and the pseudo-operation group.There was significant difference between the winter physiological group and the operation group,and there was significant difference between the physiological group and the pseudo-operation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The seasonal variation of autumn and winter has an effect on the secretion of 5-HT,NE,GABA,Glu and ACTH neurotransmitters.Pineal gland is the intermediary of seasonal variation affecting emotion-related endocrine,and its regulatory mechanism is seasonal selectivity.The theory of“man and nature are corresponding to each other”in traditional Chinese medicine has rich scientific connotation.
