摘要
IgA肾病(Immunoglobulin A nephropathy,IgAN)是全世界最常见的原发性肾小球肾炎,也是我国导致慢性肾脏疾病(Chronic kidney disease,CKD)最常见的原因之一。它主要累及系膜细胞,特征是以IgA为主的致病性免疫复合物在肾小球系膜区沉积、继发弥漫性系膜细胞增殖和细胞外基质增生。IgAN的发病机制目前仍不十分清楚。本文就系膜-足细胞-小管上皮细胞间的信号通信在IgAN中的发生、发展中的作用研究作一综述。
Immunoglobulin A nephropathy(IgAN)is the most common type of primary glomerulonephritis worldwild and the most common cause of chronic kidney disease(CKD)in China.IgAN,mainly involves mesangial cells,is characterized by IgA-based pathogenic immune complex deposition in the mesangial area and secondary diffuse mesangial cell proliferation and extracellular matrix proliferation.The pathogenesis of IgAN is still not fully understand.This article reviews the role of communication between mesangial-podocyte-tubule epithelial cells in the development and progression of IgAN.
