摘要
以某汽车内饰装配线为研究对象,提出了一种优化线体的小时产出及设备使用率的方法。设置载具数量、生产节拍的二因素三水平仿真实验,对实验数据进行回归分析获得小时产出与设备使用率方差的回归方程;将小时产出与设备使用率通过加权和的方式合并为加权目标函数,通过粒子群优化(PSO)算法对目标函数进行求解优化。优化后线体小时产出提高了6.01%,载具投入成本降低了5%,设备使用率方差降低了72.68%,均衡设备负荷,提高了线体生产能力。
Taking a vehicle interior trim assembly workshop as the research object,a method to optimize the hourly output and equipment usage variance of the existing line body is proposed.A 2-factor 3 level simulation experiment on the number of vehicles and the process segment is carried out and a regression equation for the variance of hourly output and equipment usage is formed based on experimental data.Then the hourly output and the equipment usage are combined into a weighted objective function,and the objective function is solved by particle swarm optimization.Finally the output of the line is increased by 6.01%per hour,and vehicle input costs have been reduced by 5%,and the variance of equipment usage is decreased by 72.68%,which balanced the equipment load and improved the production capacity of the line.
