摘要
轮岗教师跨越学校边界与流入校教师实现知识的共享与更新,是教师轮岗政策成功实施的关键。轮岗教师在知识共享与更新的过程中既需要支持性的平台与体系的建设,也需要借助相应的边界物以促进新知识的转化与创生,还离不开自身跨界学习素养的提升。轮岗教师与流入校教师可通过轮岗教师主导下对知识的直接转移、基于流入校教学情境的知识转译、合作探究中两校教师对知识的转化三种路径实现知识的共享与更新。
How rotational teachers cross the school boundaries and share and update knowledge with the teachers in targeted schools plays a pivotal role in the successful implementation of the teacher rotational policies.In the process of knowledge sharing and updating,rotational teachers need the construction of supportive platforms and systems,the help of boundary objects to promote the transformation and creation of new knowledge,and the improvement of competencies of trans-boundary learning of themselves.Knowledge sharing and updating between rotational teachers and teachers in targeted schools can be realized through three possible ways,namely,direct knowledge transfer under the guidance of rotational teachers,knowledge translation based on the teaching situation of the targeted schools,and knowledge transformation through cooperative exploration among teachers.
