电解锰渣胶凝固化研究进展及其胶结充填可行性探讨 被引量:18

Research Progress in Cementation/Solidification and Possibility of Consolidated Backfilling of the Electrolytic Manganese Residue

摘要 电解锰渣是湿法电解金属锰工艺产生的废渣,产渣率高,环境危害性大、治理成本高。随着电解锰行业的快速发展,产生的大量电解锰渣引发了严重的环境问题,对其无害化和资源化处理已成为电解锰行业的迫切需求。对电解锰渣进行胶凝固化是目前主要研究热点。本文就电解锰渣的胶凝固化研究现状进行了综述,分析其固化机理及优缺点,在此基础上指出了电解锰渣胶凝固化应用于矿井充填的研究方向和建议,以期为电解锰渣处理处置提供新思路。 The electrolytic manganese residue(EMR),a kind of filtered residue generated at a high rate per ton of product from the manufacture of manganese,is harmful to environment and causes high governance cost.A large amount of EMR had been produced since the rapid development of electrolytic manganese industry and had caused serious environmental problems.The harmlessness and resourcefulness of EMR had become the urgent need of electrolytic manganese industry.At present,the main research focus on the cementation/solidification(C/S)of EMR.In this paper,the research status of C/S of EMR was reviewed,and mechanism as well as advantages and disadvantages of each C/S technique were analyzed.In addition,the future research direction of C/S of EMR as the main raw material of mine filling was pointed out.This paper provided new ideas for disposal and treatment of EMR.
