摘要
在"健康中国"建设战略背景下,实现健康信息化服务体系建设、提高健康教育服务能力和提高全民健康素养等战略任务对我国医学知识服务提出了更高的要求。文章使用文献调研法对美国、加拿大和澳大利亚等发达国家的医学知识服务现状进行调研和分析,从中获得对我国医学知识服务实践有益的启示,包括健全医学知识服务国家机构管理、制定医学知识服务职业能力标准并开展教育培训和研究项目、加强循证医学实践和医学信息素养教育、重视医学研究数据管理和系统评价服务等。
In the context of the"Healthy China"construction strategy,the strategic tasks of realizing the construction of a health information service system,improving the capacity of health education services,and improving the health literacy of the entire population have put forward higher requirements for medical knowledge services in China.The article uses the literature survey method to investigate and analyze the current status of medical knowledge services in developed countries such as America,Canada,and Australia,and has obtained useful inspirations and references for the practice of medical knowledge services in China,including improving the management of national institutions for medical knowledge services and developing medical knowledge service professional competence standards and carrying out educational training and research projects,strengthening evidence-based medicine practices and medical information literacy education,attaching importance to medical research data management and system evaluation services.
