摘要
与燃煤锅炉相比,燃气锅炉燃烧效率较高,燃烧后颗粒物、二氧化硫等污染物排放量也大幅减少。目前,福建全省燃气锅炉使用量已大幅增加。为进一步了解福建全省燃气锅炉能效和环保措施水平,对全省现有燃气锅炉分布、热效率、污染物排放情况进行了调查分析。截止到2019年初,福建省(除厦门外)燃气锅炉共计1452台,主要是10 t及以下小型室燃锅炉;在全省已测试燃气锅炉中,热效率达标率为97.64%;针对全省燃气锅炉仍存在排烟温度过高、过量空气系数过大、CO超标排放等问题,可通过烟气冷凝余热回收、锅炉水质软化、锅炉吹灰等措施提高锅炉热效率;通过优化炉内燃烧工况,加装低氮燃烧器、烟气再循环等技术,可降低NOx生成与排放,以上研究成果可为福建全省燃气锅炉能效与环保政策制定与实施提供基础数据与借鉴参考。
Compared with coal-fired boilers,gas-fired boilers have the superiorities of higher combustion efficiency,lower emissions of pollutants of particulate matter and sulfur dioxide.Recently,the use of gas boilers in Fujian has been greatly increased.In order to further understand the measures of energy efficiency and environmental protection of gas boilers in Fujian,the investigations and analyses on the distribution,thermal efficiency and pollutant emissions of gas boilers were accomplished.By the end of the beginning of 2019,there were 1452 gas-fired boilers in Fujian(except for Xiamen district).Besides,most of the gas-fired boilers were small and chamber boilers with the evaporations not more than 10 tons.Among the gas-fired boilers being investigated,the standardized rate of thermal efficiency was 97.64%.The measures of waste heat recovery from flue gas condensation,boiler water softening,dust-blowing could be applied to solve the existing problems of higher exhausted gas temperature,bigger excess air coefficient and excessive emission of CO.Moreover,the technologies of optimizing furnace combustion conditions,low-nitrogen burners and flue gas recirculation could be installed for reducing the generation and emission of NOx.The research results obtained above can provide basic data and reference for the formulation and implementation of gas-fired boiler energy efficiency and environmental protection policies in Fujian province.
