摘要
Mo2Ga2C是双A层MAX相的第一个成员。2015年被制备出来之后,很多科学家从理论与实验方面研究这种新型层状材料的制备、结构与性能。随后,科学家发现可以通过剥离Mo2Ga2C,制备新型二维材料Mo2C MXene。这种含钼元素的新型二维材料在热电材料、能量存储等领域具有良好的性能。本文综述了近几年国内外科学家对于这种新型三元碳化物的研究成果。通过分析文献中的理论计算和实验结果,介绍了Mo2Ga2C的制备方法、微观结构、性能以及剥离Mo2Ga2C制备二维材料Mo2C MXene的反应过程。最后总结了Mo2Ga2C碳化物与Mo2C MXene二维材料的性能以及在不同领域中的应用。
Mo2Ga2C is the first member of double-A-layer MAX phases.After the first synthesis in 2015,many scientists have studied the preparation,structure and properties of this novel material theoretically and experimentally.Subsequently,it was found that novel two-dimensional Mo2C MXene can be prepared by exfoliating Mo2Ga2C.This molybdenum-containing MXene has good performance in the fields of thermoelectric materials and energy storage.The worldwide researchs on this material in recent years were reviewed.From the analysis of the theoretical calculations and experimental results in the literature,the preparation method,microstructure and properties of Mo2Ga2C and the process of preparing Mo2C MXene from Mo2Ga2C was introduced.Finally,the properties of Mo2Ga2C and Mo2C MXene and their application in different fields was summarized.
